3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 sm. jar apricots (baby food)
1 sm. jar applesauce (baby food)
1 sm. jar carrots (baby food)
Raisins and nuts, optional

Beat eggs, then add remaining ingredients. Mix well and pour into greased and floured cookie sheet pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool.

TOPPING:

1 stick butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and beat well.
