BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak cut into strips
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. paprika

Brown steak and onion in butter. Stir in soup, water, sour cream and paprika. Cover and cook over low heat for 1 hour. Stir often. Serve over noodles. Makes 4 servings.
