BEEF PIE 
2 c. chopped, cooked beef
3 c. thin gravy
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. sliced carrots
2 c. sliced potatoes
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 tsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1 recipe biscuit dough

Combine beef, gravy, chopped onion, carrots, potatoes, salt and pepper in saucepan; mix well. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour into casserole. Add minced onion and celery seed salt to biscuit dough. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto beef mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Yields: 8 servings.
