HAMBURGER PIE 
1 1/2 lb. ground round steak
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. butter, melted
3 c. soft bread cubes
1 egg
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tbsp. minced parsley
3 slices bacon

Combine ground round steak, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper, flour, and milk in large bowl. Blend well. Press mixture into bottom and around sides of 9 inch pie pan. Saute celery in butter in small saucepan until tender. Toss with remaining ingredients except bacon until well mixed. Spoon filling into meat crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Lay bacon slices over filling and continue to bake 30-40 minutes longer until meat is done and bacon crisp. Mashed potatoes or 1 (20 ounce) can Spanish rice may be substituted for bread mixture.
