HAMBURGER QUICHE 
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. chopped Cheddar cheese
Dash of pepper
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. minced onion

Brown meat in skillet over medium heat; drain fat and set aside.

Blend the mayonnaise, eggs, milk, and cornstarch until smooth. Stir in the meat, cheese, onion, and pepper. Turn into the pie shell.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes, until golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Serves 6.
