ENCHILADAS 
1 can enchilada sauce (hot or mild)
1 chopped onion
2 c. grated Velveeta cheese
1 1/2 lb. browned hamburger
1 pkg. (12) corn tortillas

Brown hamburger. Chop onions. Grate cheese. Warm enchilada sauce over low heat. Dip tortilla into enchilada sauce. (Keep enchilada sauce warm while preparing enchiladas.) Put some of each ingredient into tortilla and roll up. Lay side by side. Cover and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
