POTATOES AND RUTABAGAS - L.A.'S

2 rutabagas
2 turnips
5 lb. potatoes
Dash of salt & pepper
Dash of onion salt & onion powder
1 c. parve butter
Mocha mix

Peel and slice rutabagas, turnips and potatoes. Boil in water. When all is soft, remove from stove; drain water. Mash rutabagas, turnips and potatoes. Sprinkle all seasonings in pot and add 1 cup butter and enough mocha mix for a nice mashed potato mixture. Serve hot with turkey, chicken, fish or meat.

Everyone comes here from L.A. for Thanksgiving to eat this dish and for Passover too.
