RUTABAGA DISH 
4 c. rutabagas, cooked
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. cheese, shredded
Salt & pepper
1 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Make a white sauce with cheese added. Stir and cook until smooth. Pour over rutabagas. Mix butter and bread crumbs; sprinkle over casserole. Bake 30 minutes.
