RUTABAGA DINNER 
Round steak (no fat)
1 or 2 rutabagas, cubed
1 tbsp. caraway seed
Salt & pepper

Cube and brown round steak in butter. Put steak and rutabaga in kettle; cover with water. Add caraway seed, salt and pepper. Simmer 1 hour until cubes are soft. Add water as needed. Thicken with flour. Serve over mashed potatoes.
