HONEY BUTTER WHIP 
1/2 lb. butter
2 1/2 c. XX sugar
1 c. honey

1. Place softened butter, sugar and honey in an electric mixer. Beat on high speed until light and creamy.

2. Butter may be kept in refrigerator until needed. Allow butter to come to room temperature before using. This amount should serve 18 and yields 3 cups. Honey Butter is a tasty spread for hot biscuits, toast, muffins, pancakes and a good filling for poppy seed bread.
