CURRY RICE SALAD | |
1 pkg. chicken Rice-a-Roni 1 tsp. curry powder 1 (8 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, chopped Reserved artichoke marinade 1 c. mayonnaise 3 green onions, chopped 1/2 green pepper, chopped Cook Rice-A-Roni as directed on package; adding curry powder. Mix artichoke marinade with mayonnaise, onions and pepper. Add cooked Rice-A-Roni and artichoke hearts. Chill for at least 3 hours and serve cold. |
