CITRUS SCREAMER 
8 oz. lemon lime soda
8 oz. diet grapefruit soda
6 ice cubes
2 tbsp. D. C. vanilla protein powder
Sliced lemons & limes

Place all ingredients except fruit in blender and whip until it has a slushy consistency. Pour into frosted glasses and add fruit slices. Yield: 2 servings each = 1 diet soda and 1/2 protein powder allowance.
