DAVE'S PIE CRUST 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cooking oil
3 tsp. cold water

1 CRUST:

1 1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
2 tsp. cold water

Sift flour and salt together. Add oil, mix well with fork. Sprinkle water over mixture and mix well. With hands press mixture into a ball. If mix is too dry, add 1-2 tablespoons more oil, a little at a time. Divide ball in half and flatten slightly. Roll between sheets of waxed paper.
