DAVE'S SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
2 (24 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 (12 oz.) cans Italian style tomatoes
9 strips veal
4 tbsp. oregano
3 (15 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 med. onion, chopped
6 lg. links mild Italian sausage
2 cloves garlic, chopped

Take sausage out of casing and cook separate from other ingredients. Combine other ingredients in a large pot. Begin cooking over low heat. After sausage is cooked, drain grease and cut into bite-size pieces. Combine with other ingredients and simmer for at least 5 hours. Makes approximately 2 gallon.
