CHICKEN NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth (cook noodles)
2-3 c. chicken or turkey, diced
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom soup
1 soup can milk
1/4 lb. Old English Kraft cheese or Velveeta or sharp cheese
1 (4 oz.) jar pimento pieces
1-2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. butter
Cornflakes or Wheaties for topping

Sauce: Brown flour in butter and add milk and soup. Melt cheese in sauce. Mix with noodles which have been cooked in chicken broth. Add chicken and pimento and mix together. Place in casserole dish.

Bake in preheated oven 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbling hot. Place Cornflakes or Wheaties on top if desired before baking.
