CRISPY POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen french fried potatoes
2 sticks butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c. shredded American cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
3 c. crushed cornflakes

Mix all ingredients except cornflakes plus 1 stick butter. Place into large casserole dish. Mix 1 stick butter with crushed cornflakes and spread on top of casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Makes 12 (1 cup) servings.
