BOBCIA'S FAVORITE CRISPY CHEESE
POTATOES
 
6 c. thinly sliced peeled potatoes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 (4 oz.) (about 1 c.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs (optional)

About 30 minutes before serving, preheat oven to 425 degrees.

In greased 13x9 inch baking dish, toss potatoes and salt together and arrange in even layers.

Drizzle melted butter over potatoes; next sprinkle cheese evenly over potatoes, then sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 20 minutes or until fork tender. Makes 10 servings.
