CRISPY ONION POTATOES 
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. herbs
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 lb. potatoes, unpeeled and cut in quarters
Parsley

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Blend all ingredients except potatoes in shallow baking dish. Add potatoes turning to coat each piece thoroughly. Bake 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with parsley.
