CRISPY CHEESE POTATOES 
6 c. sliced raw potatoes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs

In a 9x13 inch greased pan, toss potatoes and salt. Drizzle butter over them. Sprinkle cheese evenly. Cover with bread crumbs. Bake for 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
