KIDNEY BEAN SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained & rinsed
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 stalk of celery
2 to 3 diced sweet pickles

DRESSING:

3/4 tbsp. sugar
3/4 tbsp. white vinegar
1 heaping tbsp. mayonnaise

After rinsing beans, sprinkle with onion and salt. Add eggs, celery and pickles. Mix dressing in a separate bowl. Add dressing to bean mixture and toss.
