BABY SCALLOPS | |
Beat an egg slightly and pour over scallops. Toss until egg makes a thin skin over them all. Add fine cracker crumbs and toss again. Pack lightly into buttered individual baking dishes. Season with salt and pepper and a light sprinkle of paprika. Pour a few drops of melted butter over top. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Bay Scallops are used whole. If the deep sea variety are used, cut in 3 pieces. |
