SQUASH CASSEROLE 
Several yellow squash, washed & cut in slices
1 med. mild onion
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
Cheddar cheese, grated
Cracker crumbs

Stew squash and onions together until tender. In a glass baking dish, layer squash, soup (spooned out of the can), cheese and then crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
