PUMPKIN PIE FILLING 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. pumpkin (squash can be used also)
1 c. milk

Mix dry ingredients.

Add pumpkin, beaten egg and milk. Mix thoroughly.

Pour into 8 inch pie plate lined with pastry.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
