PUMPKIN PIE FILLING 
1 heaping c. cooked pumpkin
1 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. warm milk

Beat eggs, sugar and flavoring, then add other ingredients. Put in pastry lined shell. Bake at 450 degrees for about 30 minutes; reduce heat to 300 degrees for about 30 minutes. Top with whipped cream or egg white icing.
