PUMPKIN PIE FILLING 
2 c. pumpkin or yellow squash
2 eggs
1 c. canned milk
1 c. sugar (can use 1/2 white, 1/2 brown)
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all together and pour in pie shell. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) until inserted knife comes out clean.
