JOAN'S RICE KRISPIE PIE 
6 eggs, beaten
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups molasses
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
9 tbsp. butter, melted
3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
1 box pie crusts (Pillsbury)

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Beat eggs. In a large bowl mix together eggs, sugar, molasses, flour, salt and vanilla. Add melted butter and 3 cups Rice Krispies. Stir well.

Pour into 2 prepared unbaked pie shells. Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350°F and bake 40 minutes more.

Makes 2 pies.
