SUGARLESS STRAWBERRY JAM 
1 qt. strawberries, stemmed
3 to 4 tsp. artificial sweetener
3/4 oz. pkg. fruit pectin powder
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Red food coloring as desired

Crush strawberries in 1 1/2 quart saucepan. Stir in sweetener, food coloring, powdered fruit pectin and lemon juice. Bring to boil for 1 full minute. Remove from heat, continue to stir for 2 more minutes. Pour into freezer containers, cover and freeze. Thaw before serving. Store in refrigerator after opening.

One tablespoons equals 5 calories.
