MOM'S AWESOME CHEESECAKE 
16 graham crackers
1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. flour
16 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lemon juice and grated rind
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mush up with fingers first 4 ingredients and press firmly into bottom of spring form pan. Blend cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Pour on top of crust and bake for 25 minutes or until set at 375 degrees. Cool. Blend rest of ingredients and pour on top of cooled filling and bake at 375 degrees for 5-8 minutes.

A MUST: Cheesecake must set in the refrigerator for 12 hours. If you get impatient, the top may be runny.
