1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. honey
8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Grated peel of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

With pastry cutter, mix flour, brown sugar and butter. Stir in chopped nuts. Reserve 1/2 cup of this mixture for topping. Press mixture into oiled 8 inch square pan and bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

In mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese, honey and remaining ingredients. Beat well and spread mixture over baked crust. Sprinkle reserved crumbs over top and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
