CHEESECAKE COOKIES 
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/3 c. butter, melted
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 egg
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix brown sugar, flour, walnuts and melted butter until crumbly. Reserve one cup for topping, packing the rest firmly in an 8 inch cake pan. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix together cream cheese, sugar, flour, egg, lemon juice, milk and vanilla. Put on top of cooled crust. Top with reserved topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. After cooled, cut into bars.
