REFRIGERATOR CHEESECAKE 
1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1 1/4 c. water
2 c. (1 lb.) cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. dry milk solids
1/3 c. honey
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. lemon juice

Combine gelatin and 1/2 cup cold water in saucepan. Warm over low heat until dissolved. Put dissolved gelatin, 1 1/4 cups water, cottage cheese, milk, solids, honey and salt in blender. Whirl until liquified. Add lemon juice. Blend until well mixed.
