2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 med. lemon and lemon peel
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1 pkg. honey graham
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Take honey graham crush in bottom of cake pan mix in sugar. Melt butter mix well in graham press mixture in bottom of baking pan. Bake in oven for 15 minutes. Bring from oven and let cool.
