BAKED BEANS 
1 med. onion
1 med. bell pepper
1 can beans
1 can chili
1/2 c. ketchup
1 can tamales
2 sm. pkg. corn chips
Cheese, if desired

Chop onion and bell pepper. Wilt in a skillet. Bake beans, chili and ketchup slowly for about an hour.

Take out about 1 cup of beans and arrange tamales, corn chips and cheese over beans. Top with beans that were removed. Bake until most of juice is gone. Sprinkle cheese on top of beans while hot if desired.
