ORANGE SHERBET SALAD 
2 boxes orange Jello
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
2 cans mandarin oranges
1 pt. orange sherbet

Drain pineapple and oranges. Use juice, adding water to make 2 cups liquid. Heat liquid to boiling point and add to Jello.

Immediately, while still hot, add 1 pint orange sherbet and dissolve. Let stand in refrigerator about 45 minutes or until it begins to set. Add fruit and pour into mold or individual Jello molds. Also good for dessert, very good with ham.
