POTATO CASSEROLE | |
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns 1 stick butter, melted 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheese Whiz 1 (8 oz.) sour cream Spray Pam in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Place a 2 pound bag of crumbled frozen hash browns in pan. Melt 1 stick butter and pour over potatoes. In a separate bowl mix: 1 (8 oz.) sour cream 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheese Whiz Pour over potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
