2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
4 tbsp. Cheez Whiz
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 c. butter
Salt and pepper

Mix ingredients and pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
