PISTACHIO PIE 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Press into 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.

LAYER #1:

14 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 lg. Cool Whip

Spread on cooled crust.

LAYER #2:

2 pkgs. instant pistachio pudding
2 1/2 c. cold milk

Beat, layer on 1st layer.

LAYER #3:

1/2 lg. Cool whip
Chopped nuts

Layer on 2nd layer. Refrigerate.
