PISTACHIO SURPRISE PIE 
1 pkg. pistachio instant Jello, 3 1/2 oz.
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, well drained
1 c. colored marshmallows (more if wanted)
9 inch graham cracker crumb crust
Maraschino cherries to garnish

Mix pistachio and Cool Whip together. Add pineapple and marshmallows and put in a 9 inch graham cracker pie shell. Garnish with maraschino cherries. Refrigerate for 1 hour, cut and enjoy.
