CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI 
3-4 boneless chicken breasts
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3-4 c. cooked rice
1 whole broccoli
Garlic to taste
Black pepper to taste
1 lg. box Velveeta cheese

Cook chicken breasts with garlic and pepper until falls apart. Steam broccoli while chicken is cooked.

Layer in greased pan or pyrex oblong bowl. 1/3 cheese grated in bottom of bowl or pan. Add rice layer. Add mushroom soup. Add broccoli 2/3 of cheese, grated. Chicken on top. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
