CHOCOLATE CHEESE CAKE 
2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
4 tbsp. powdered cocoa
1/2 c. oil
1/8 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt, cinnamon and vanilla

Icing:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 box 4x sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Melt in saucepan the butter, cocoa, oil and water. Sift together flour, sugar and salt in mixing bowl. Add melted cocoa mixture and blend together. Add buttermilk, eggs and spices. Blend. Pour cake into a 14 x 16 greased cake pan.

Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes. During the last 5 minutes of cooking, make icing.

Melt in saucepan the butter, cocoa and milk. After melting, add powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts. While icing is still hot, pour on hot cake and let it sit. Whole cake is done in 20 minutes.
