CHICKEN FETTUCINE 
1 whole chicken, boiled and deboned
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 pkg. fettucine noodles
Cheddar cheese, grated

Remove chicken from broth and reserve broth for cooking fettucine. Also cook onions and celery in some broth until they are clear. Add Velveeta cheese to vegetables; stir until melted, then add chicken and noodles. Put in a greased baking dish and top with grated cheese.

Bake at 400°F until cheese is melted.
