TOMATO PUDDING 
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) can tomato puree
2 c. diced bread
1/2 c. melted butter

Add sugar, salt and water to tomato puree and simmer 5 minutes. Place bread in greased casserole and pour melted butter over. Add tomato mixture and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
