CORNBREAD DRESSING 
1 c. flour
1 c. cornmeal
1/2 lb. bulk sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. sage
1/4 c. melted butter
2 med. apples, chopped
1/2 c. apple juice

Brown sausage and onion in skillet; drain. Combine with milk, butter, egg and dry ingredients, mixing well. Spoon into greased 2 quart casserole. Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven. Mix in chopped apples and apple juice. Bake an additional 15-20 minutes.
