DONDI'S NACHO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground turkey (cooked and drained)
12 oz. chunky salsa
1 c. frozen corn
1/4 c. Miracle Whip light
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 c. crushed tortilla chips
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine turkey, salsa, corn, Miracle Whip, yogurt and chili powder. Layer 1/2 each of the meat mixture, chips and cheeses in a 2 quart casserole. Repeat layers. Bake 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes, if desired.
