12 slices crisp bacon
1 c. shredded cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
Salt and pepper
2 c. milk
1 c. bisquick
4 eggs

Place bacon in 10 inch pie pan, sprinkle with cheese and onion. Beat remaining ingredients to pour over bacon, mix. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
