ITALIAN MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 c. raisins
1 c. Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 tbsp. garlic powder
4 tbsp. oregano
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion

Mix together and keep mixing until well mixed! Roll into small balls. Fry on all sides to browned and then turn heat down and cover.
