ITALIAN MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. cracker crumbs, crushed
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
1 tsp. each salt & pepper
1 beaten egg
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. garlic salt

SAUCE:

1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. brown sugar
Pinch sweet basil
1/3 c. vinegar
Pinch garlic powder
1 tsp. rosemary

Make cocktail size meatballs. Brown in cake pan in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until brown. Bake in casserole dish with sauce poured over top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Then uncover for 15 minutes.
