ITALIAN SAUCE 
4 cans Montini (Italian style) peeled tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
Fresh basil to taste
Garlic
Salt - pepper to taste
Red pepper
Thyme to taste
Hot Italian sausage
Meatballs
Stewing beef
Sugar to taste

1. Brown sausage in olive oil in frying pan. Saute the garlic.

2. Put cans of tomatoes in blender (straining seeds is optional).
