ITALIAN MEATBALLS 
1 beaten egg
3/4 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. basil
Dash of pepper
12 oz. ground beef
6 to 9 (1/2 inch) cubes cheese
3/4 c. tomato sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixing bowl, combine the following: Egg, bread crumbs, milk, basil, and pepper. Add ground beef. Mix thoroughly, using a fork. Divide mixture evenly so each student will have 2 meatballs. Wrap each portion of meat mixture ground around cube of cheese, making a ball and also make sure you do not see any part of the cheese.
