YELLOW SQUASH CHEESE AND
MACARONI CASSEROLE
 
1 c. sliced yellow squash, cooked
1 c. cooked macaroni
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter, melted
4 Saltine crackers, crushed

In a medium bowl, combine squash, macaroni, and cheese. Combine egg, milk, and butter; stir into squash mixture. Place mixture in a 1 quart casserole; top with crushed crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until light browned.
